I survived....

yet another bachelor's party. The man of the hour was Stephen Forinash, the "little" (more like younger) brother of arasirsul. The day was spent eating good BBQ,drinking alcoholic beverages, and playing lots of no-limit hold-em. I was unable to make it due to helping my good friend Byron on his PhD thesis followed by a visit to Cheezy Movie Sunday. In any event, I did manage to make it downtown Atlanta for the Obligatory Observing of Naked Women at the Cheetah.
I'll leave that actual details of events that occurred there to your imagination. But if you been to one strip club, you been to them all. After we shut the place down, we went back to the staging ground and drank a few lovely beverages and winded down. I managed to make it back home around 5am.

on sunday I got to spend some time with the lovely zorathenne which was nice and refreshing. Unfortunately I got to make a run down to my mom's house to pick up a computer. I gave a computer to a young lady there to help her out. she is going to school and has 3 kids and a spouse. Her computer had died and she just needed something to get her thorugh the rest of the semester. She is taking an online course and it didn't need much horsepower. Due to a gracious donation from oraqle I was able to cobble together a 200Mhz Pentium 1 class machine with 128MB of ram. It was slow but it made a good web browser. Unfortunatley the 1GB hard drive that I put in there seems to have some bad sectors. At least some of which seem to be on some important sectors. So I'm going to plop a new hard drive in it and install Windows 2K instead of Windows 98. Then run some programs to burn it in. But that means that I get to zoom down to my mom's place sometime this week to give the machine back to her. *sigh* No good deed goes unpunished. Especially when comptuers are involved.

Hehe. I work with the soon-to-be Mrs. Forinash. I can never remember which one she's engaged to, so I just tell people "she's marrying the big one".

Heh. Problem is, I'm 6'3" and 285... so if somebody only knows one of us, they think they know the big one. :)

Sort of. Barbecue got demoted to grilled burgers and brats, but entirely too much fun was had by all.
