I was more than a bit amazed by it. The spirituality nature of it is mostly lost on me but the rest of it was thoroughly fascinating and extremely useful. I strongly recommend it to any men (and women) that are looking to crank their sex lives up a notch. It really opens up a new level of physical enjoyment. It does have a chapter for women to explain their role in the process as well.
