Oddly enough, Bill Richardson was the top of my list when I took that quiz, too.

Followed by Guiliani and McCain.

I have no idea how my politics are so messed up that the Republicans and Democrats in my list were interspersed with each other instead of separated like everyone else.

I also find it odd that given that the political party I tend to lean most toward is libertarian, but Ron Paul (who once ran as a libertarian) was last on my list.

Weird.

lesse, this tells me... generally liberal/libertarian values, with a significant interest in immigration policy. Doesn't surprise me a bit.

You and I also have roughly the same distribution - except Richardson (cause I'm not hard over on immigration issues one way or the other), which doesn't surprise me a bit.

I was surprised that a quiz with so many ham-fisted choices (citizenship or deportation, and that's it?) would actually dedicate a button to "Equal rights! Marriage for nobody!" That IS my favorite option, but I never hear it mentioned in the news media.

All in all, it's a stupid blog widget, meant for discussion rather than insight. I do like that it encourages random web users to think about the candidates along a continuum, rather than latch onto a single issue and/or lose interest in the race if their guy loses the primaries.
