email woes

The server that hosts my venger.net domain died yesterday morning. The sysadmin for the machine has reloaded from backups so my email is back up now. However, I do’nt have any of my IMAP folders. I’m not sure if they will be reloaded from backup or if they are lost in the ether right now. But if you send me something in the last 24 hours I probably didn’t get it. And you were waitng on a response from me for something in the past month then its probably already been filed away and I can’t get to it. Like all my paperwork that I was using for the 4 flights and 3 hotel reservations that I’m going to need in 2 days

*sigh*

Some days it really isn’t worth chewing through the straps.....

yup. I'm contempiating moving all of my personal email domain stuff to Google-Apps. I'll probably do it once they offer IMAP.

I'm taking a course this weekend, Friday 1800 to 2100, Saturday 0800 to 1700, Sunday 0800 to 1700 but the girls and Alaric are free all day Saturday and Sunday so they can go pick you up and you could come back to our place.

Uhh... speaking as the admin in question... your IMAP folders are there. :-)
