email woes

The server that hosts my venger.net domain died yesterday morning. The sysadmin for the machine has reloaded from backups so my email is back up now. However, I do’nt have any of my IMAP folders. I’m not sure if they will be reloaded from backup or if they are lost in the ether right now. But if you send me something in the last 24 hours I probably didn’t get it. And you were waitng on a response from me for something in the past month then its probably already been filed away and I can’t get to it. Like all my paperwork that I was using for the 4 flights and 3 hotel reservations that I’m going to need in 2 days

*sigh*

Some days it really isn’t worth chewing through the straps.....

Did yours disappear? Mine were still there on the client side, I just couldn't open them until I renamed the folders on the server side.

Heather asked me if I had backups yesterday. I said "Of course. If I didn't, V would be over here with a lead pipe." :)
