e-mail woes

vernardSo apparently my vernard@venger.net email address is "over quota". This is interesting because as far as i can tell, I don't have quotas on that machine. rhjatl. I'm not quite sure what is going on but this is very very annoying. I had issues earlier trying to setup a mailing list on the server (it just flat out wouldn't work despite having done one before that is working).
I was hoping to be able to keep my web site hosting for my venger.net domain the same as my email system but I can't deal with stuff not working.
Can anybody tell me of a decent imap based mail service (free or otherwise) that they can recoommend? I need something that will let me have imap folders with a quota of at least 1GB and up to 3GB. I don't mind paying as long as it gives me what I need. And before you say it, I already have a GMail account. Its POP only so it doesn't mea my needs.
