How do you cough?

It might seem very silly but instead of coughing/sneezing into your hands, you need to cough into your sleeve.

The Center for Disease Control thinks that if we could change the default behavior, we could drastically cut down the spread of things like the flu.

Not sure how practical it is with sneezes but it still seems like a good thing for a cough.
