Who the hell thinks that its a good idea to sit and chat on their cell phone in a bathroom stall in the men's bathroom?

Dude, next time just don't answer the call....

I have actually run to the bathroom to make calls when I should have been working. I go into a stall and just make my call. Yeah it is weird for others but who cares! I was stressed!!
